VAT is charged at the standard prevailing rate (currently 20%). The British Society for Immunology VAT number is GB250289313.  Online payments by credit and debit card can be accepted online through Paypal. Alternative payment methods can only be accepted in certain circumstances.

Please note, only BSI members with up-to-date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees. However, if you wish to take advantage of these reduced rates, please apply for membership prior to registering. Non-Member categories

Non-members who fall under the following categories are eligible to register for the Non-Member - Concessionary rate. 

  • Students - Undergraduate and Postgraduate (including PhD and Masters)
  • Early Career Researchers - scientists employed as post-doctoral researchers for the five years post graduation
  • Concessionary - retired scientists/medics and those on parental leave and career breaks

All delegates registering for the Non-Member - Concessionary category will be requested to provide the paperwork to support the registration rate.


Code of conduct

The British Society for Immunology values all our staff, members, volunteers and supporters and we are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone we engage with.  To that end, we have introduced a new 'Code of Conduct' that outlines the behaviours that we expect all attendees at our events to adhere to.
